MECCANISMI METEORO PATOLOGICI NELLA TEMPESTA ESTIVA DEL 12 AGOSTO E LORO POSSIBILI TERAPIE

La sorprendente tempesta del pomeriggio del mercoledì 12 agosto (prevista dall'allerta meteo toscana) ha lasciato oltre che qualche danno fortunatamente limitato, anche impatti sulla salute di soggetti malaticci che hanno visto precipitare situazioni croniche articolari vascolari (con generale aumento delle crisi vasculopatiche), osteoarticolari e muscolari come è capitato a chi scrive , con una sindrome generale simil influenzale caratterizzata da fibromialgie diffuse astenia ecc .
Impegnato sul fronte sanitario nonostante gli acciacchi , ho preso il dispositivo ad energia oscura WR che ha riequilibrato in parte lo stato astenico algico che perdurava e assunto per via FED (farmaco elettrodinamica una bustina di nimesulide di cui trovate a seguire un abstract per una conferenza mai fatta a Kiev nel 2023 organizzata dal prof. L'enigma delle meteoropatie sempre svelarsi con la variazione degli stati elettrici cutanei connessi agli organi interni (qualcosa di simile all'ecg) che governa gli stati di omeostasi elettrici non solo cardiaci e cerebrale ma su tutti gli organi fino ovviamente alle cellule .
La correzione con vari mezzi di questi disordini elettrici cutanei e d'organo tende a ristabilire la normale funzione d'organo e di sistema con riduzione del dolore degli stati allergici e miglioramento del performance status.
Sui sistemi di regolazione bioelettromagnetica e sulle influenze meteo locali e cosmiche ci sarà da studiare. Meteorological mechanisms in the summer storm of August 12 and their possible treatments
The surprising storm on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 12th (predicted by the Tuscan weather alert) left behind not only some fortunately limited damage, but also impacted the health of sickly individuals, who experienced a worsening of chronic joint and vascular conditions (with a general increase in vascular crises), osteoarticular and muscular conditions, as happened to the author, with a general flu-like syndrome characterized by widespread fibromyalgia, asthenia, etc.

The enigma of weather disorders always unravels with variations in the skin's electrical states connected to internal organs (something similar to an ECG), which governs the states of electrical homeostasis not only in the heart and brain but also in all organs, including, of course, the cells.
Correcting these skin and organ electrical disorders with various means tends to restore normal organ and system function, reducing pain, allergic states, and performance status.
Bioelectromagnetic regulation systems and local and cosmic weather influences will need to be studied. The therapy of acute, chronic, traumatic, degenerative pain collides with the many treatment tools that require personalized guidance to avoid adverse effects that limit their effectiveness and the use itself by re-launching the use of old means such as ice, opioids and tachypirine.
The molecular signal of the drugs seems to play a role in their mechanism of action, explaining the transdermal activity of many vascular anti-inflammatory drugs, etc., which clearly do not reach the Minimum Effectiveness Concentration envisaged by their pharmacokinetics.

METEOROPATIE & CLIMATOTERAPIE NEL XXI SECOLO
Gravi attacchi meteoropatici colpiscono a freddo molte persone sane, 24-48 prima dell'arrivo di una perturbazione temporalesca.
In quindici giorni personalmente ho subito il primo attacco al ginocchio e ieri sera al piede all'altezza dell'alluce, con fenomeni infiammatori importanti, senza ombra di traumatismi, con edema dolore e riduzione grave della capacità funzionale e deambulatoria, minacciando capacità lavorativa e viaggi oltre che sonno e benessere.
Si tratta delle vecchie meteoropatie secondarie che colpiscono una percentuale rilevante della popolazione adulta senza che siano ancora stati identificati chiaramente nè i fattori atmosferici responsabili (si pensa alla Pressione atmosferica, all'umidità, alla ionizzazione elettrica, a variazioni dello stato elettromagnetico e secondo i colleghi dell'EST a fenomeni di provenienza dalle attività solari e da variazioni del Cosmisc Wheather https://www.vglobale.it/?s=Cosmos+and+biosphere), nè i substrati biologici dove i fattori atmosferici agiscono.
Pericolosamente questi attacchi meteoropatici possono colpire oltre alle articolazioni e ai tessuti molli, anche le pareti arteriose con fenomeni infiammatori che potrebbero attivare processi trombotici con eventi cardio e cerebrovascolari acuti che sono stati segnalati in letteratura anche dalla Scuola Fiorentina di recente e da quella Romana negli anni venti del Secolo scorso, e buon ultimo dal Gruppo del prof. Ciammaichella negli ultimi 40 anni sempre a Roma. Per quanto concerne il trattamento del dolore acuto su tessuti molli e articolazioni una grande efficacia è data dai FANS possibilmente guidati dai SEP. Nel mio caso ho assunto per os una bustina di Nimesulide (il malfamato aulin) che mi ha spento i focolai infiammatori e consentito di partire per i Balcani e di andare al lavoro.
Mentre scrivo mi sovviene una ipotesi che potrebbe contribuire a meglio comprendere il successo dell'aspirinetta nella prevenzione degli episodi trombotici, forse proprio inibendo processi infiammatori meteoropatici sulle arterie, oltre che frenando i processi coagulativi secondo le tesi correnti.
